    Speech is one of the most important part of communication,with sucess dependent, not only what you say, but on how you say it. However you Wil also provided with the opportunity to ask your own questions. The purpose of asking questions is to find out information. The information we receive depends on the type of questions we ask.

    Effective communicators get special treatment because they are often asked to represent the company. They’re the ones meeting the important clients, negotiating and closing deals, and building a reputation for the company.

    Communication skills:
    Communication skills are abilities you use when giving and receiving different kinds of information communication skills invalue , speaking ,observery and empathizing.it is also help ful to understand the difference in how to communicate through face to face interaction, phone conversations and digital communications, like email and social media.
    Types of communication:
    There are three main types of communication.
    1)verbal: communicating by way of a spoken language.
    Use a strong, confident speaking voice.
    Use active listening.
    Avoid filler words.
    2) written: communicating by way of written language, symbols, and numbers.
    3)visual: communication by way of photography,art, drawing, sketches, charts and graphs.

    Well, we often say that being a citizen everyone has the right to speech, But we forget how to use our words wisely in order to use this freedom, So speaking skills is an art which not everyone is a master of it.
    so it’s important to look up to your words what you say, what you speak, what you deliver, and most important the tone you use.

    So in order to speak well or to be a good speaker our teacher used to say that a good listener is a good speaker.
